How to Get a Scholarship

I am looking for a university to grant me a full scholarship to continue with my studies.

What do I do to get one and how do I get them to financially assist me in full funding my airfare, visa fees and my upkeep in the country that I will go to stay and am I allowed to work so as to make extra cash for myself.
