How to Get a Scholarship

Am an adult teacher 44yrs with diploma in science education.

Can I get sponsorship to study Career Development so that I can help youth to develop appropriate careers.

If I have identified orphans that need financial help, can they get sponsorship through me as they study here in kenya?
