How to get a Scholarship

How to get a Scholarship: I have been living in Gihembe Refugee Camp(Rwanda)as a refugee from Democratic Republic of Congo and I have completed high school last year, I focused in Mathematics, physics and geography. I would like to know if you can link me with any scholarship opportunity for young undergraduates.
