Emergency Student Funds in UK

Hi.

I'm a Ugandan aged 20 and I have successfully completed my advanced level in Uganda where I excelled with full marks.

I applied and have been given five unconditional offers for my first degree in Electrical Engineering at the following Universities:

The University of Westminster, The University of Manchester, The University of Leeds, The University of Surrey and The Robert Gordon University of Scotland.

I am faced with a crumbling hindrance of lack of funds for my tuition and life in the UK and I desperately call for a hand from anywhere so as to help me realise my dream.

How can I secure some full or partial scholarships for the tuition fees?

I really call for advice on what to do.
