Kindly consider my application for a masters level degree in either Development studies or Fine Art for academic year 2009/2010 in any given university in Europe. Am male, Ugandan by nationality aged twenty nine. I hold a bachelors degree of Industrial And Fine Arts from Makerere university, a postgraduate certificate in Administrative officers' Law Course from Law Development centre kampala. However after my graduation day in 2005, I would have wished to go for a master's immediately, but unfortunately my dream could not come true due to finacial constrains at home.
