The following position of employment are available:
1. Proposal Manager - Kenya
Qualifications:
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Excel Bachelor’s Degree in business or English. MBA will be an advantage.
Must have at least five years experience - knowledge in producing proposals to US Federal Government, Military and Commercial Sector.
Technical abilities and excellent time management.
Proposal management, coordinator and contracting experience. Concentration in Business or English.
2. Country-Business Development Manager - Angola, Mozambique, Libya, Ghana
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing is required.
A minimum of five years’ experience working in business development and marketing.
Strong business development and management skills, excellent communication, strategic mindset, decision-making ability, project management focused, and teamwork-oriented Familiarity with international market-place highly desirable.
Professional service experiences a plus Must be prepared to travel.
3. Cost Estimator - Kenya
Qualifications:
Five years estimating/preconstruction related experience.
Applicant to have a proven record in estimating.
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Digitizer, On-Screen Take-Off, Excel, etc).
Team player, self motivated, hard working, and possess strong communication and numerical skills.
