DAAD Scholarship in Germany

DAAD Scholarship in Germany: I am 30 years old and had just completed a master in environmental management and would like to do my PhD.

Does one need to have admission at a Germany University to apply for DAAD scholarship?





Scholarship applicants from developing countries can apply at the German embassy or DAAD regional office, directly at the DAAD in Bonn or directly to the university.

The general closing dates for applications are as follows:

German Embassy/DAAD Regional Office: 31st July

DAAD in Bonn: 31st August

University: 30th September or 15th October

So, you may not necessarily have an admission which can be granted at the same time as the scholarship.
