Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintaining of up-to- date books of accounts;
  • Preparation of timely and accurate management reports that fall under his /her section.
  • Authorize payments and sign cheques subject to set limits as may be assigned.
  • Certify and verify returns, documents, vouchers
  • Monitor collection of revenue including inspection as may be assigned
  • Responsible for records and custody of Accountable documents under his/her sections(s).
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Basic qualifications
  • Be a Kenyan citizen
  • Diploma in Accounting or Professional CPA/ACCA Qualification at least Section III.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Good working knowledge of computer applications.
  • Must satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010.

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collection of revenue
  • Timely banking of collected revenue
  • Compiling revenue collection reports
  • Analyzing and reporting on market trends
  • Liaising with enforcement unit in dealing with defaulters
  • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

    Basic qualifications
  • Be a Kenyan citizen;
  • Diploma in accounting/ business management or completed ATC Final
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications;
  • Experience in revenue collection, Basic Accounting or marketing shall be an added advantages.
  • Must satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010.

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Gathering, compiling and analyzing information on commitment and expenditure trends and initiating appropriate corrective action as may be required;
  • Compiling information required on budget monitoring and expenditure control including expenditures on
    salaries and allowances;
  • Initial processing of reallocations within the budget.
  • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

    Basic qualifications
  • Be a Kenyan Citizen
  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Finance option) or its equivalent from a recognized institution in Kenya
  • Must have Part III of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting/ finance.
  • Proficiency in Computer Applications.
  • Must satisfy the requirement of chapter
    six of the constitution of Kenya 2010.
