Aeronautical Engineering Scholarships

Currently I am pursuing a diploma in aeronautical engineering (Option Airframes and Powerplant) and will be through with the course work next year but it is my dream to pursue a degree in that discipline but it is unfortunate that here in Kenya a degree is not offered. I kindly request for information on how to get scholarships abroad to achieve my dreams. Finally I want to be directed on how to get industrial attachment in Aircraft Maintenance in the international airlines such as British Airways, Emirates, Swiss Airlines, Qatar Airways and KLM Airlines.
