Location: Zambia.

The Zambian Governance Foundation provides assistance to a wide range of organisations from well-established to emerging and smaller based in both rural and urban areas of Zambia.

It is seeking for candidates to fill the position of:

1. Senior Capacity Development Officer

Required competencies:

Advanced university degree in social sciences, management, HRM, institutional development, or related field.

At least 8 years of professional experience.

Good understanding of gender mainstreaming.

In-depth understanding and knowledge of the work of civil society organisations, in particular civil society capacity building.

A good understanding of civil society government interaction, current engagement mechanisms to foster demand-side accountability.
