ZETECH College is a professional training institution offering Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree programs. Due to continued growth they are seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions.

1. Business Lecturer – Purchasing and Supplies Management

2. Business Lecturer

3. Lecturer in Information Technology

4. Lecturer, Media Studies

5. Registrar Academics

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing admissions, registrations, orientation, career guidance
  • Implement admissions procedures
  • Oversee keeping of students records
  • Evaluate and facilitate credit transfers
  • Ensure specialization is observed in course allocation
  • Ensure all course work is covered and completed and other course requirements are met
  • Make recommendations on technological improvements
  • Ensure that all students registered equally graduate
  • Supervise the coordination, evaluation and certification of all graduation applications, while overseeing the complete graduation process to include all elements of the rehearsal and the ceremony
  • Oversee daily class learning across all the departments
  • Clear all outgoing students and update records accordingly

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of a Maters degree in education with a bias in planning, administration or any other relevant area from a recognized university.
  • A bachelors degree in education from a recognized university.
  • A strategic leader with a minimum of 6 months in a similar position.
  • A good understanding of the national policies and international trends in Education.
  • Ability to see opportunities, dynamic, has drive, energy and enthusiasm.
  • A strong team player

    6. Public Relations Officer

    Key Responsibilities

  • Positively represent and promote Zetech College as an organization to external agencies.
  • Monitoring the covering of the college’s events and campaigns and make recommendations for increased and improved media coverage.
  • Developing photo diaries of Zetech College activities as required.
  • Disseminating Zetech College publications widely to stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of publicity initiatives.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of electronic media marketing materials and campaigns.

    The desired candidate must:

  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism or Public Relations from a recognized university.
  • Those with a bachelors degree in business and postgraduate diploma in communications or public relations will also be considered.
  • Have a minimum of B in K.C.S.E.
  • Have excellent analytical and people skills.
  • Be computer literate with skills in Ms office Suite and internet.
  • Be proactive and a self starter.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Those with at least 6 months working experience in the same area will have an added advantage.
