Widows and Orphans International Jobs: Widows and Orphans International (WOI) is a UK based charity working in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa to promote health, socio-economic and cultural development targeting some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people.

There is an opportunity for the post of:

Hospital Administrator - Kenya

Qualifications:

Minimum medical degree; preferably with a Master’s in Public Health or Hospital/ Health Services Management

Managerial level experience in a hospital setting relating to primary health care, maternal and child health, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, and other communicable diseases

Excellent communications skills, both oral and written

Self and group motivation skills

Ability to work with a broad spectrum of people including; medical and non medical staff, donor agencies, government officials, community and INGOs

Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations.
