Program Administration Officer
Qualifications: A degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Administration/Economics with CPA qualifications.At least 3 years experience in a similar job in an NGO environment or busy institution.Over 40 years old.Clear understanding of government regulatory systems.Good training skills in financial and procurement procedures.
