Value Capture R & D Associate

Location: Kilifi, Kenya.

KOMAZA is a social enterprise working to permanently end rural poverty by developing sustainable economic opportunities for smallholder farmers living in East Africa’s infertile and drought-prone regions.

As a Value Capture Research and Development Associate, you will identify the best-suited, most profitable products for KOMAZA trees.

This role, while based in the Kilifi town office, will have a field component – which can be challenging but highly rewarding.

Qualifications:

Top-performing undergraduate and/or graduate background.

2+ years experience in management consulting field or for an in-house strategy team, that involved project and people management or other leadership.

Preferred: Work experience in a role that involved significant implementation, operations consulting, change management, or operational performance improvement (ideally facility/factory/supply chain/six sigma).
