Vacant PhD Position in Numerical Modeling of Atmospheric Chemical Processes at the University of Bonn - Germany

A PhD position is available at the Meteorological Institute of the University of Bonn.

Together with another Postdoc student, the applicant will work within a common research project of the Meteorological Institutes of the Universities of Bonn and Mainz and the Max-Planck-Institute for Chemistry in Mainz.

The research is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). It is limited to a three year period with a salary TVL 13/2.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Master in meteorology, physics, informatics, mathematics or related fields.

Experience with numerical modeling of atmospheric processes. Skills in Linux, FORTRAN, IDL or others.
