VLIR Scholarships in Belgium

VLIR Scholarships in Belgium allow persons from developing countries to follow an ICP (International Course) or ITP (International Training Programme), organised by a Flemish university or non-university HE institution.

Candidates should be eligible for the ICP or ITP they wish to attend.

Each year, up to 180 scholarships are available to first-year ICP students and up to 70 scholarships to ITP participants.

Only residents of developing countries on the VLIR’s List of Developing Countries are eligible for a scholarship.
