Personal Qualifications:
- Qualified doctor or nurse
- Creative, innovative and strategic thinking ability.
- Ability to function in a harsh and remote environment
- Skilled communicator, both written and oral.
- Proven ability to produce results.
- Minimum two years experience in a developing country.
- Familiarity with NGO working environments and standard procedures an advantage.
- Completely fluent in Portuguese and English.
