They need to recruit following persons for their operations in East Africa:

Group General Manager which consists of 9 hotels

Unit Hotel Manager

Group Executive Chef

Head Chef for the Unit

Group Sales & Marketing, preferably female (conversant with international tour operators and international Travel Exhibitions)

Group Central Reservation familiar with fidelio system.

Group Financial Controller – Qualifications - ACA / AICWA

Head Group Food & Beverage

Sous Chef

Pastry Chef

Bread Chef

Head of Bar (familiar with all kinds of cocktails).

Food & Beverage Controller

Hotel Secretary (Female)

Internal Auditor

Head of House-keeping (preferably female)

Restaurant Manager

Chief Engineer

Hotel Electrician

Tandoor Chef

Group Operations Manager

The candidates for the above positions should have a minimum of five years experience preferably in a five star hotel.
