Location: Mombasa, Kenya.

ThinkImpact is seeking to fill the position of a full-time Managing Director for our Kenya operations.

The position requires a highly motivated individual who is interested in directing his/her extensive leadership experience and passion for social entrepreneurship and innovation toward poverty alleviation in rural communities in developing countries.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in the private or non-profit sector

Bachelor of Arts required/Masters desired

Excellent English, written and spoken/Highly developed communication skills

Ability to manage a heavy and fluctuating workload

Ability to lead individuals.
