The Jack Bloomfield Scholarship, Australia

A generous bequest by the late Jack Bloomfield to SPELD-NSW has enable dthe establishment of a PhD Scholarship to support full-time doctoral research on Dyslexia/Specific Learning Difficulty.

The stipend paid by the scholarship will be the same as an APA. Applicants with achieved or expected First Class honours degrees in Psychology or a related subject area are invited to apply.

Applicants should include an academic record, a brief project outline, and letters of support from the proposed supervisor and the head of the department where the work will be carried out.

This scholarship is offered annually to one person. Open for applications until October 31, 2006.

Payment Information

The value of this scholarship is AUD19231 (maximum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.

This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent.
