The proposed FOSA partitioning for Jamii Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Ltd. offices at South 'B', Nairobi.

Tenders for both Main Contract(Builder's Works and Sub-Contract Works)will shortly be invited to construct and completion on the above proposed works.

Prospective tenderers registered with the ministry of Public Works in appropriate categories as indicated herein below (proof of Registration will be required) should purchase at KShs.3000.00 and KShs.1,500 (non refundable) for Main contract and for Sub-contracts respectively(with cash or bankers cheque payable to Jamii Sacco Ltd. and collect Pre-qualification Documents from the General Manager, M/S Jamii Sacco Ltd.,South B, P.O.Box 57929, Nairobi.

Main Contract(Builders Works)

Contractors must be registered in category 'B' an above.

Electrical Sub-Contract

Electrical Installations; Structured Cabling: Data and Telephone Installations (IT). Sub-Contractors for each of the above must be registered in Category 'E' and above with both the Ministry of Road and Public Works and the Ministry of of Energy for (Electrical Installations) and Communication Commission of Kenya for IT installation)

Mechanical Sub Contract

Plumbing, Drainage and Mechanical Ventilation A/C.

Sub-contracts for each of the above must be registered with in category 'E' and above.

Pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelope(s) clearly marked with the respective tender reference (Pre-qualification of contracts and sub-contracts and Sub-contract(s)) identifying the particular works of interest should be deposited in the Tender box at Jamii Co-operative Saving and Credit Society Ltd in South 'B' Nairobi or Addressed to;
