To this end we are looking to recruit a Talent Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition and development.

Reporting To;
Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
Handling the recruitment process in line with the strategic orientations including Talent Attraction, resourcing and Manpower Planning strategies.
Developing and implementing appropriate training, development and career management programs to ensure a balanced an motivated workforce.
Managing the full cycle of Performance Management.
Developing an effective recognition, reward and compensation strategy.
Working with regional HR managers to ensure that robust talent plans are developed, implemented and aligned to the wider HR strategy.
Involvement in PZ Cussons global initiatives.
Experience and Background Required;
A degree in HR, Business Management or Social Sciences.
A postgraduate qualification in HR or an MBA will be an added advantage.
At least three years experience in Human Resource Management in a multinational business.
A minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
Experience in methodologies of identification and retention of talent.
A proven track record in Succession and Career Planning.
Demonstrates strong Leadership Development and People Management Skills.
Experience of a variety of psychometric instruments will be an added advantage.
