Minimum of five years of relevant management experience, preferably in conflict situations/areas
Proven management skills and capabilities
Experience of working in complex environments
Ability to supervise personnel and build and maintain a strong team;
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet.
Education and Experience Requirements:
First Degree or Masters in Social Sciences or in related fields.
