Sports Awards for African Youth: Airtel has created a Football Property that will feature under 17 Male and Female players. The property is a National Tournament across all Airtel markets in Africa.

Male and Female will play separately and have their own set of games and winners.

The under 17 Male and Female will constitute of talented players that will be registered for the tournament and currently play Regional Football teams with secondary schools, Youth Academies/Clubs and City Teams.

The tournament will start off with the Regionals (knock out) whereby the winning team from each region will travel to the nationals that will have a round robin tournament structure to find the ultimate winning team.

The Nationals stage is also where 2 individuals (1 x boy & 1 x girl) will be scouted by talent scouts to attend the Man Utd Football Clinic.

The non

Man Utd country winners (Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Zambia) will be sent to a Football Clinic in Capetown, South Africa.
