To this end, ESIPP intends to commission consultants to assist in the design, planning and implementation of the SPM, including the following components,

i) Co-ordination, Monitoring and Quality Control (CMQ),

ii) Sector Survey and Project Identification Consultant (SPI),

iii) EU and Third Country Promotion (PEU) and

iv) Communications, Organisation and Logistics (COL), all of whose tasks are set out in these Terms of Reference.

University degree in economics, business administration or equivalent

- Seniority: At least 15 years professional experience

- Hands-on experience of co-ordination and management of complex international programmes and projects

- Sector Partnership Meeting Experience

- ACP country experience

- Experience in cost management

- Private sector knowledge

- Knowledge of the Agro-industry sector.
