Senior Public Relations Officer

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Title: Chief Internal Auditor

Employer: Kyambogo University

Location: Central Kampala, Uganda.

Qualification:

MBA/MSc (Accounting and Finance) with ACCA or CPA and relevant 1st degree (B.Com., BBA, B.Sc /B.A (Accounting).

Skills:

Strong leadership, high integrity and good communication skills; be computer literate and have a bias in auditing and accounting.

Ability to work under tight schedules

Experience:

At least five years experience as a Senior Internal Auditor or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing audit reports to the Vice Chancellor and Council.

Carrying out audit as may be directed by the Vice chancellor.

Carrying out stock-taking of stores and equipment.

Supervising and checking audit reports prepared by audit staff.

Providing on job training to new audit staff.

Age: Not above 50 years
