Senior Civil Engineer and Finance Manager

Key Expert 1: Senior Civil Engineer.

Programme Budget Advance Manager.

The expert must be a senior civil engineer.

He/she should speak and write Portuguese.

General Professional Experience:

At least 15 years of professional experience in the water sector, and 10 years in the area of sanitation en construction management in Southern Africa.

Specific Professional Experience:

Profound knowledge of institutional models for sanitation services;

knowledge of contract management on the basis of EDF norms.

Experience in the preparation and implementation of training courses.

Key Expert 2:

Economist/Finance Manager.

Accountant of Programme Budgets

The expert must be an senior economist/finance expert, at least B.Sc. in Economics, and will be responsible for the financial management.

He will participate actively in the training of the municipal staff in management.

He should write and speak Portuguese.

General Professional Experience:

At least 12 years of experience in the implementation of similar projects, with a principle focus on the development of institutional models for sanitation services or finance/tax for public services.

Specific Professional Experience: Knowledge of contract management on the basis of EDF norms.

Experience in the preparation and implementation of training courses.
