Work Experience:
Must have a proven track record of experience in a multicultural
environment preferably including Africa and the ability to transfer
these experiences to a developmental context. Private sector experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to collaborate with and knowledge of policy organs within
Government and strategic partners including UN agencies and other major
development agencies and funders.
7-8 years of experience in advisory practice gained either within
professional consultancy firms or reputable advisory organisations that
have an international outlook and a focus on developing human capacity
through business improvement.
Proof of continued development in area of speciality as well as a
breadth of generalist skills.
Proven results in managing complex assignments using project
management techniques as well as excellent communication and
presentation skills.
Self motivated, creative, confident, results oriented and
resourceful.
Competence in strategy development, business modelling,
performamnce improvement, quality methodology , supply chains,
organisational development including training and financial planning.
Working knowledge of Millennium Development Goals, Poverty
Eradication Action Plans, Country Cooperation Frameworks and other
policy governing documents
