This requires bringing together the expertise in the areas of public administration (and of the information systems currently exploited to deliver services to citizens and companies) and the expertise in innovative solutions in the areas of information management, process management, service-oriented architectures, services science, and security. All classes are in English. Applicants are required to have knowledge of the english language and to have a 4-years degree in computer science, or an equivalent degree (see web site for details). How to apply: 1) Graduation certificates are desired but not required by these deadlines. 2) Several positions will be reserved for applications of candidates not requiring visas (second deadline).
