At least a Masters' Degree in Nutrition, or Public Health with a
focus on nutrition. A Doctoral degree is preferred.
At least 3
years' experience implementing CTC, ideally including some
experience in an emergency setting.
Strong track record in undertaking and supporting data collection,
analysis and report and article writing, including publication in
Background and experience with fund raising is an advantage
Excellent technical skills in CTC and other nutrition programs,
particularly in sub-Saharan Africa.
Ability to undertake extensive field travel (approximately 35-50%).
Communication and language skills:
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with external contacts, as
well as internal colleagues.
English and French fluency, both oral and written. Ability to read,
analyze and interpret the most complex documents, and to write
speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and
presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management
and public groups.
