SUWASA Jobs: Sustainable Water and Sanitation for Africa (SUWASA) is a regional USAID funded program implemented by ARD, Inc., a Tetra Tech company.

SUWASA seeks to employ a dynamic and self motivated person to fill the position of:

Utility Reform Specialist - South Sudan

Qualifications:

At least a Masters degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Management or any relevant social science;

Minimum of eight years of experience with a focus on water sector reforms, transformation of public utilities;

Experience in a utility will be an advantage;

Clear understanding of the key performance indicators of a utility will be a necessity;

Experience in developing a performance improvement plan is very important;

A good understanding of operational challenges of urban water corporations in South Sudan would be an advantage.
