SPARK is currently recruiting for the position of:

Project Development Consultants - Sudan

Requirements & Skills:

  • Relevant university degree
  • 5 years proven experience in higher education and/or private sector development
  • Work experience in applicable country
  • Proven track record in successful project development and acquisition (World Bank, UNDP, Europe Aid, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and networking skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good oral and written language skills in English; Arabic a distinct advantage for Sudan and Yemen
  • Available on short notice.

    Closing date: 6 May.
