a) a Ph.D. in a relevant field,

b) a MS degree in a pertinent field and 8 years' relevant experience,or

3) a BS degree in a pertinent field and 12 years' relevant experience.

4) Experience in public health and HIV project management preferred, with at least 3 years in an international setting.
