IRC is seeking a Reproductive Health Consultant to conduct on-the- job training of the Reproductive Health Program staff, review the implementation of the reproductive health services, identify weaknesses and develop recommendations for the improvement of the reproductive health services in the Kibondo camps.
The Health Coordinator will take the lead in facilitating this process and shall be assisted by the Clinical Manager, Reproductive Health Manager, Camp Health Managers and all camp-based staff.
All program documents shall be made available and access to all required information shall be facilitated.
Registered Nurse/Midwife or Medical Doctor with at least 5 years' experience in implementation of reproductive health programs at managerial level and with experience in program implementation in refugee context.
