They are looking for suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of: Chief Executive The Chief Executive will share Pump Aid's strong ethos of innovation and efficiency, and bring a confident, lateral-thinking approach along with proven experience of leading an organisation through a growth phase in order to meet demand sustainability. They will implement necessary structures and motivate staff, ensuring that teams are in place and working to our ethos and mission confidently and with clarity. Diplomacy, entrepreneurialism and an understanding of business in a developing world context will be key for working with senior individuals including government figures in order to help Pump Aid achieve its goals.
