Pathfinder is seeking candidates for upcoming projects in Kenya. The projects will address integrated service delivery for HIV/AIDS, malaria, family planning, tuberculosis and MNCH.
The Provincial Director will lead the project in one province, ensuring efficient programmatic and financial management, and implementation of all components.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in a relevant discipline. Masters will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years program management/leadership experience (including planning/reporting), at least 5 years collaborating with international donor agencies (preferably USAID) and host country governments (including policy/stakeholder engagement).
Experience managing HIV/AIDS programs (knowledge of PEPFAR preferred), familiarity with RH/FP, TB, and MCH.
Excellent verbal/written communication/ and cross-cultural leadership/team skills
