Qualifications and Experience
Considerable and proven experience of working in Africa, including responsibility for project management.
Higher degree (PhD or MSc)or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate regional, multi-partner projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills appropriate to a multicultural environment.
Must be fluent in English and preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in French.
Knowledge of Global Environment Facility projects an added advantage.
Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and with minimum supervision.
CABI member country citizen preferred.
