The Programme Manager will liaise closely with the Financial Controller and National Logistics Officer to ensure efficient operation of all programme activities.

Essential Requirements
Thorough knowledge of working within Zimbabwean context and with Zimbabwean authorities
Demonstrable skills in training staff and capacity building
Experience of working in a participatory process with local stakeholders
Minimum three ears overseas experience in management of construction projects in a development context
Strong diplomacy skills
Demonstrable experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation including planning tools such as LFA
Excellent interpersonal, motivational and management skills
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Minimum education to degree level in an appropriate discipline, i.e., construction, civil engineering, etc with background in development work

Experience of negotiating contracts with private sector contractors
