Programme Manager - Human Rights & Refugee Project
Location: Southern Sudan
Salary: Market related
Tasks:
Formulation, implementation and management of the client’s program in Southern Sudan.
Contribution to national planning.
Project Cycle management, including formulation, budgeting, integration with program planning, writing, monitoring and reporting within the program area.
Human Resource Management for program staff.
Networking and maintaining relationships with all relevant actors.
Supervision and control of administrative and financial program.
Security management responsibilities.
Skills, Qualifications & Attitude:
Bachelor degree in a humanitarian, development or other relevant field.
Some management experience.
Familiar with Project Cycle Management.
Good spoken and written command of English.
Analytical.
Organisational sensitivity.
Cooperation.
Williness to travel up to 1/3 of the time.
Duty station is not suitable for families with children.
