Programme Development and Funding Officer will support CAFOD’s programme staff and partners in Southern Africa in developing high quality programmes and projects.


  • Excellent communication, finance, strategic and diplomacy skills.
  • Effective team player.
  • Proven track record of developing successful funding proposals and writing and presenting reports to donors.
  • Values and principles of working in partnership.
