Producer Organization Specialist, ACDI/VOCA - Burundi

ACDI/VOCA currently seeks a Producer Organization Specialist for potential long term work in Burundi.

This work would be for an agribusiness program involving issues of productivity, policy and market access. Possible start date is fall of 2007.

Qualifications:

  • must have a minimum of five years work experience in agribusiness with a specific focus on producer organization

  • demonstrated technical skills in one or more of these fields is required

  • Master's Degree in related field is preferred

  • Burundian citizenship highly preferred

  • work experience in Africa is required

  • fluency in French is required
