Post-Graduate Fellow at Yale University

Clinton Foundation Fellow in International Healthcare Management (1 year)

The Post-Graduate Fellow, as part of the Liberian Health Management Delivery Program (LHMDP), will be assigned to County Health Teams (CHT) in Liberia to work in partnership with the CHT’s management team and the Clinton Foundation’s HIV/AIDS Initiative’s Country Director to provide technical support in improving the management and leadership of team members and health delivery services.

These fellows will serve to leverage the skills of senior leaders and support the development of their management team.

Education and/or Experience:

Advanced health degree, with 3-5 years of experience in health care management. Professional experience in a developing setting is strongly preferred. Open to U.S. and non-U.S. citizens.

Language Skills and Reasoning ability:

Demonstrated ability to effectively and diplomatically communicate information and data in written and verbal form to top management, government officials and the public is required.

The ability to interpret and apply instructions in diverse settings, and proven ability to support organizational change and develop management capability of others is required. English proficiency required.
