Country Manager- Kenya Requirements: A relevant Master’s degree or MBATrack record as an excellent results-driven international managerRelevant knowledge and experience of Kenyan society and the local developmental playing field, including actors such as government, the private sector and international organizationsPeople manager who knows how to lead and stimulate a diverse group of ambitious peopleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interact and build relations in an environment with multiple stakeholders from different culturesAnalytical skills and the ability to operate strategically in a complex settingProven experience with managing budgets and reporting to donors and clientsExcellent verbal and written command of EnglishProficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and ExcelEnergetic and enthusiastic, flexible and creative – a problem solverAffinity with our mission and objectivesClick here, for full job description and application.
