PhD Position in Mathematics/Analysis, Graz University of Technology, Austria

The Austrian Science Fund (FWF) is funding a 3 research project in Nonlinear Subdivision Algorithms at the Institute of Geometry at TU Graz for three years.

Applicants should have a masters degree in Mathematics and a good working knowledge of analysis.

Skills in geometry, functional analysis, or even stochastic processes are very welcome.

Knowledge of English is necessary.

Candidates not yet authorized to work in EU will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
