Hydroconseil is searching for a team of long-term senior consultants for this PPP Study in Nigeria. Please have a look at the following position descriptions:
Project Manager
He/she must have commercial and engineering understanding of water supply issues, and sound experience in PSP policies.
Financial Analyst The consultant must have:
Review of water utilities’ financial accounts and annual financial reports; assessment of billings and collection performance.
Commercial and Tariffs Expert The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following :
Analysis of country/sector development prospects.
Water and Sanitation Engineer The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following :
Inventory of facilities, assessment of investment needs, drafting of rehabilitation and renewals schedules for water utilities, with associated costs.
Institutional Analyst The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following :
Knowledge of problems linked to the privatisation of water agencies, experience in trouble-shooting of these problems.
Public Utilities Economist The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following :
Development of service level improvement programs and associated financial projections.
Legal Expert The consultant must have a long-standing experience and knowledge (min 10 years) of the following :
Review of Privatization Policies.
Knowledge of Private Sector Participation in the water sector ; review of PSP options.
