Othaya-Mukurwe-ini Water Services Company Jobs: Othaya-Mukurwe-ini Water Services Company is a Water Service Provider contracted by Tana Water Services Board to provide water and Sanitation services in Mukurwe-ini and Nyeri South Districts.

They urgently invite applications from highly competent and experienced individuals who are proactive and self driven to fill the position of:

Managing Director

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related water science from a recognized University or a degree in Business, Economics or Commerce. A qualification in CPA (K) or any other relevant field will be an added advantage.

A minimum of (5) five years experience in water and sewerage development, management and operations in a senior management position.

A sound understanding of the reforms taking place in the water sector in Kenya.

High level of integrity, results-orientation, managerial and administrative skills backed up by a demonstrable track record.

Demonstrated initiative and creativity.

Excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills.

Strong management and organizational skills.

Proven people management skills.
