OSIENALA invites applications for the post of:

Program Officer

The purpose of the position is to coordinate implementable strategies under the on-going Community based Strategy for the management of the Environment and Resources of Lake Victoria (COSMERLAV).

Qualifications:

A good University degree preferably at postgraduate level.

Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary team.

Experienced in Project Management at National level.

Effective and efficient use of computer packages in management systems.
