Qualifications:

Min 5 – 10 years working experience. 2. Telecom Implementation Manager
Qualifications:

University Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications or IT; 3-6 years with Advanced Degree.

Min 7 yrs experience with 4-5yrs in rollout of Telecom solutions.

Hands on 2G/3G experience in various network elements.

Subcontractor Management experience.
3. Quality Health and Safety Manager
Qualifications:

Degree in relevant field.

Relevant work experience 4 – 8 years.

Excellent communication skills.

Good people management skills.

Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Project Manager
Qualifications:

Min 3 years relevant work experience.
5. Technical Project Manager
Qualifications:

In-depth Technical Knowledge of NSN products.

5 years experience as a Technical Manager in the Telcom Industry.
6. PM Processes and Tools Manager
Qualifications:

2 – 3 years experience in the field of Project Management.

Ability to lead teams.
7. Cost & Progress Manager
Qualifications:

Min. 5 years experience in controlling Project Costs and Progress.
8. Senior 3G Radio Planning and Optimisation Engineer
Qualifications:

In depth knowledge of Flexi radio and Flexi MR.

3G Radio network optimisation experience.

Customer workshops.

Interface with customer.
9. Senior Radio Planning and Optimization Engineer
Qualifications:

In depth knowledge of Flexi radio and Flexi MR.

2G Radio network optimisation experience.

Customer workshops.

Interface with customer.
10. Senior Transmission Planning and Optimization Engineer
Qualifications:

In depth knowledge of Flexi packet and Flexi Hybrid.

Siemens Microwave equipment planning experience, Flexi hopper, Flexi Hybrid.

Siemens equipment DCN network planning experience (incl. Netviewer).

Transmission network optimisation experience.

Transmission network Synchronisation planning Customer workshops.

Interface with customer.
