They wish to recruit for:

Regional Sales Manager Ref: NP-RSM-FEB1 1

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Business or Commerce degree in Sales or Marketing or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum 8-10 years experience in sales management with strong key account and customer management experience, preferably with an FMCG background.

Good working knowledge and experience within the East and Central African region preferably in the countries mentioned above.

Excellent people management skills, with ability to achieve results through others.

Excellent interpersonal skills with good selling and negotiation skills.
