National Planning Authority Jobs

Location: Uganda.

The Uganda Country Capacity Building Program (UCCBP) is a Govern¬ment of Uganda (GoU) Program currently implemented with financial support from the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF).

They seek to fill the position of:

Capacity Building Expert

Qualifications:

A Masters degree in Economics, Development Planning or related field.

Qualification in Human Resource Planning will be of added advantage

Fifteen years experience with at least 7 years of post qualification work experience. Three years experience at senior management level and in capacity building initiatives.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and program/project management for Government/donor initiatives.

Familiar with Public expenditure management and accountability.
